The band and solo pipers are available for hire for weddings, graduations, banquets, music festivals,
parades, concerts, private functions and many other events. As a not-for-profit organization, our fees for performances cover
our operating costs for travel, equipment and instruments.
Rates for hiring the band or solo pipers are dependent
on length of performance, travel expenses, and number of pipers/drummers. The following rates should provide you with
a basic idea of hiring our services.
Number of Pipers/Drummers
Entire Band $400-$700 (plus mileage if applicable)
Mini Band(2 piper/1 drummer minimum) $250 to $500 (based on
piper/drummer availability)
Solo Piper Rates $200 per piper plus
travel expenses
Additional charges apply for length of performance/number of tunes. Please call

Community Service Performances
The Ozark Highlanders perform a number of events throughout the year as a service to the community including Fire
Department and Police Department memorial ceremonies. All performances are subjected to band board vote. The Ozark Highlanders
is a non-political organization and will not play political events of any kind.
